PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display which can cope with upsizing, and has also high image quality and low power consumption. SOLUTION: The display 1 displays an image with an assembly 4 of pixels, by forming one pixel 3 out of three pieces of semiconductor laser 2A, 2B, 2C emitting red, green, and blue laser light, respectively, forming the assembly 4 of pixels by two-dimensionally arraying a plurality of pixels 3, and adjusting electrical inputs to each of the semiconductor laser 2A, 2B, 2C based on chromatic information corresponding to each pixel 3.
