PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device stably supplying image data without delay to an LCD controller handling various types of image data, and to provide a micro computer and an electronic device. SOLUTION: In this semiconductor integrated circuit device, a first image data input port 82 of the LCD controller 20 built in the circuit is connected to a signal line 80 carrying a first image data; a second image data input port 42 is connected to a dedicated bus 40 for the second image data; and a shared RAM 50 is included usable by a second image data processing module 30-1, etc., and the LCD controller 20. The module 30-1, etc., the LCD controller 20 and the shared RAM 50 are connected via the dedicated bus 40, and sending and receiving of the second image data between the second image data processing module 30-1, etc., and the LCD controller 20 is controlled via the shared RAM 50.
