PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimmer sheet with a dimmer layer which retains uniform thickness even when the dimmer layer is formed between flexible film shaped substrates. SOLUTION: A coloring property of the dimmer sheet is varied by imparting impulses such as voltage, current, an electric field, heat, light, etc. The dimmer sheet is constructed with a laminated structure comprising the dimmer layer 2 containing a dimmer material sandwiched and retained between the substrate films 1. A plurality of dot shaped uniform spacers 3 are provided between the substrate films 1 mutually at regular intervals and a distance between the substrate films 1 is kept constant by the spacers 3.
