PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling permanent form which is light in weight, easy to handle, easy to assemble without a skill, excellent in adhesion properties to concrete, and suitable for construction of a building of an external heat insulation structure. SOLUTION: The permanent form 1 is formed of a decorative panel 2 and a mesh body 3 such as an expanded metal attached onto an inner side of the panel 2 in one body. The mesh body 3 has a bearing fixture 4 having a slot in an inner surface thereof, and a joint member formed of a reinforcement or the like connects the mutually opposed permanent forms 1 by fixing both ends thereof into the slots of the respective bearing fixtures 4. Then reinforcements are arranged between the permanent forms 1, and concrete is placed therein, to thereby form a foundation or a wall body having the decorative panels 2 on both surfaces of the same.
