PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle mirror device for fitting a holding body to a fixing member by a simple structure at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the vehicle door mirror device 10, a door mirror visor 12 holding a mirror 14 for visually checking the back side of a vehicle is fitted to a door mirror stay 20 while a shaft cylindrical part 28 of the door mirror stay 20 fixed to a vehicle is turnably fitted to a boss hole 18 formed in one end thereof, and a compression coil spring 46 is held in a compressed state between a lock washer 48 with an engagement claw 40 of a hook 36 engaged with the edge of a fitting hole 54 and the end face of a boss. The hook 36 is formed of the engagement claw 40 expanded to the axial side of the shaft cylindrical part 28 from the tip of a leg 38 extending along the inner surface of the shaft cylindrical part 28, and forms no undercut part of the door mirror stay 20.
