PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof driving device capable of securing a sufficient natural lighting area and capable of mounting a roof panel by centering it without leaving rattling due to a clearance at a connecting part of a driving part and the roof panel. SOLUTION: The roof panel 44 is centered by using the clearance in the BL direction provided for centering of the roof panel 44 at an opening part 12. Thereafter, a bolt 62 is inserted into square holes 64, 66 and the bolt 62 is screwed into a screw hole 41 formed on a cam plate 40 in a state of holding this centering position. Consequently, angularly vertical surfaces of disc springs 50, 52 are elastically deformed in a direction to relatively approach each other, energizing force from the disc springs 50, 52 works on the cam plate 40. Consequently, a slider 28 connected to the cam plate 40 is energized in the BL direction, and rattling due to the clearance in the BL direction between the slider 28 and a guide rail 14 is absorbed.
