PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/disperse the collision load in case of a side impact of an automobile to the other side, restrain the deformation of automobile seats without enforcing and secure the safety as an automobile seat. SOLUTION: A seat track 10 is provided with flanges 17 at the lower end of right and left risers 15 and 16. The right and left risers 15 and 16 are raised and fixedly supported on right and left slide rails 13 and 14 in corresponding relation by the flanges 17. At the rear side of the right and left risers 15 and 16, right and left beam brackets 18 and 19 are arranged to face to each other and are fixedly mounted on the flanges 17 in a contacting state to the risers 15 and 16 respectively. Between the right and left risers 15 and 16, a load transmission/dispersion beam 20 is arranged. Both beam ends 21 and 21 of the load transmission/dispersion beam 20 are faced to the right and left risers 15 and 16 in spaced relation, and are fixedly mounted on the right and left beam brackets 18 and 19 through right and left beam end brackets 22 and 22.
