PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the deterioration of stainproofness and light resistance due to the migration of a plasticizer in a stainproof sheet including a polyvinyl chloride resin layer. SOLUTION: A plasticizer migration inhibitor layer composed of a flexible polymer resin layer containing e.g. a fluororesin, an acrylic resin and 10 to 50 wt% of synthetic silica with an oil absorption of 30 to 300 mL/100 g, and an additional flexible polymer resin layer containing no synthetic silica formed on the flexible polymer resin layer, is formed on a polyvinyl chloride resin layer(containing the plasticizer) which is formed on a base cloth composed of a fibrous material. If necessary, an adhesive and protective layer is formed of a mixture of a polysiloxane and an acrylsilicone resin on the plasticizer migration inhibitor layer. In addition, a photocatalytic stainproof layer containing a photocatalyst e.g. Ti0<SB>2</SB>is formed on the adhesive and protective layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
