PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and good operability photo printer by greatly reducing the number of keys without setting an LCD. SOLUTION: In thumbnail printing indicated by the user by a thumbnail SW, a plurality of images are acquired from a memory card and reduced printed (S-8). Moreover, check boxes showing each image data are printed by the same matrix number as that of the thumbnail printing. The user marks check boxes of images to be printed on a paper with the check boxes printed, puts the paper in a paper feed stock, and turns on the thumbnail SW. The paper is fed and check boxes on the paper marked by the user are scanned (S-10). Images are printed at a time by parameters indicated to individual images (S-11). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
