PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by easily molding a concrete block having a necessary dimension using a waste material such as surplus ready-mixed concrete or the like on a construction site by the use of concrete block form capable of molding concrete blocks having one or more kinds of dimensions by one form. SOLUTION: The concrete block form 1 is constituted so as to mold a concrete block for forming a covering thickness to reinforcing rods arranged in the concrete foundation. This concrete block form comprises a container 2 which has an internal shape forming a fan-shaped recessed shape toward an upper end opening part 4 from a lower bottom surface 6 and has a plurality of stairs-like stepped parts having predetermined heights from the lower bottom surface formed to the inner peripheral surface thereof.
