PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet in which a coating unevenness of an adhesive at a laminating time is hardly appeared on a surface, a high designability decorative material having high glossiness can be easily obtained and it is not necessary to extremely increase a thickness of the sheet, hence there is no problem of bouncing at the time of bonding work and which has excellent handleability and good workability. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes one or more thermoplastic resin layers 3, 6 as main bodies, and a nonwoven fabric layer 1 provided on a rear surface. The resin layer 6 of the uppermost layer is desired to be a polyester resin layer, and the resin layer 3 except the resin layer 6 is desired to be a polyolefin or polyester resin layer.
