PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily confirm whether a stencil base paper fitted to a drum is the one the user used before or not. SOLUTION: A storage device is provided to the drum of a stencil printing apparatus to store in a storage section identification data for identifying the stencil base paper fitted to the drum, and to control the display section to display the data stored in the storage section.
