An arrangement for wireless transmission of signals has a measurement sensor provided with a transmitter for medical variables and has a receiver for receiving wireless transmitted signals from the measuring sensor and functions together with the medical device. The measuring sensor has two units, where the first is a sensor-type unit and has at least one measurement detector, such as a temperature sensor or ECG electrode, and where a second unit is an electronic-type unit and has a transmitter for transmitting the received signals, where the sensor-type component has an electrical, mechanical, or other type of connection to the electronic component. An Independent claim is also included for a method for transmitting signals from a medical measuring sensor to a medical appliance.
