1. A method for laser coagulating blood vessels by applying a laser pulse irradiation having a wave length within a range of 500-600 nm and an energy density equal to 10 J/ cm<2>, to a blood vessel during 10 ms, characterized in that at the same time said vessel is exposed to the action of an additional irradiation having at least one different wave length ranging from 800 to 1400 nm and the energy density not less than 100 J/cm<2>. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the energy density and the exposure duration are selected in relation to the dimensions of the coagulated vessel. 3. The method according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the irradiation can be produced in the form of single pulses during not more than 10 ms. 4. The method according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the irradiation can be produced in the form of nanosecond pulse packet whose duration does not exceed 10 ms.
