摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an agaric mushroom extract in which absorbability of active ingredients is extremely enhanced, by boiling the dried agaric mushroom and subjecting the mushroom to organic acid fermentation to make the whole of the mushroom water-soluble. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, the agaric mushroom is boiled with a specified amount of water to separate a boiled liquid from the mushroom, then the boiled mushroom is further boiled with another specified amount of water containing ionized mineral to separate a second boiled liquid from the mushroom, further the boiled mushroom is finely cut, mixed with a mixture of Aspergillus or the like, and kept at a predetermined temperature to form a fermented material, furthermore the fermented material is mixed with an organic acid or the like containing carboxylic groups and kept at another predetermined temperature to form a fermented matured liquid, and finally the fermented matured liquid is mixed with the boiled liquid and the second boiled liquid, sterilized and filtered to form the agaric mushroom extract. Thus, the active ingredients of the agaric mushroom are thoroughly extracted and utilized by the method, because the mushroom is wholly made to be water-soluble, and moreover the method makes the extract have a remarkable effect, such as antitumor activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
