<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat reversible recording medium and the like by which a high processing speed can be obtained and, even in the case of heating for extremely short time of millisecond unit using a thermal head, an image can be sufficiently deleted, the deletion energy does not change and the deletion performance can be sufficiently maintained after the elaspe of image formation, while the image, excellent in its preservability, contrast and visibility even in the case of leaving the image for a long time at a high temperature, can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The heat reversible recording medium comprises a resin and an organic low molecular weight compound. The medium has a heat sensitive layer whose transparency changes reversibly depending on a temperature and corresponds to either of the following (1) to (4): (1) The glass transition temperature of the heat sensitive layer varies from -10°C to 5°C, and the transparent temperature widths is 30°C or higher, (2) The above resin includes an acrylic polyol and the glass transition temperature of the above heat sensitive layer varies from -10°C to 5°C, (3) The above resin includes an acrylic resin and the transparent temperature widths of the above heat sensitive layer is 40°C or higher, (4) The above resin includes an acrylic polyol resin and the transparent temperature widths of the above heat sensitive layer is 30°C or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
