<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition having high rigidity, precision transferring-ability, low water absorptivity, and transparency and to provide an optical disk substrate formed from it and an optical disk formed from the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition contains 100 pts. wt. plycarbonate resin and 0.1-20 pts. wt. diphenyl carbonate compound represented by formula [1] and/or phenyl benzoate compound represented by formula [2]. In formula [1], a plurality of R<SB>1</SB>s are each independently a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a 1-8C alkyl group, a 6-10C aryl group, a 1-5C alkoxyl group, a cyano group, a nitrile group, a carboxyamido group, and a carboxyimido group.
