<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide security by ensuring that a person to be medicalized can be identified in many medical scenes such as examination, administration of medicines, surgery, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A gate control mechanism 26 asks a host machine 10 about an ID number read by an ID number reading part 25 to receive ID information. A photographing part 23 photographs a patient's face and a photograph output part 24 prints the photograph of the patient's face and the ID information on a seal. The patient sticks the seal on a consultation ticket. Data on images taken are registered in a database 15. During examination, the image data with the ID information are received from the host machine 10 and displayed on a display 32. During administration, the image data with the ID data received from the host machine 10 are either printed on a seal to be stuck to a medicine bag or directly printed on the medicine bag. The seal is also stuck to an infusion bag or a blood transfusion bag or the data are directly printed thereon and supplied to a hospital room 5 or an operating room 6.
