<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service for securely recording living body information of an outpatient and performing precise medical treatment. <P>SOLUTION: A service system is provided with a server, a client, an IC card into which individual information of the patient is written and a medical treatment terminal used for permitting the patient to measure self-living body information and to transmit it to the server. The medical treatment terminal reads individual information of the patient from the IC card, measures living body information of the patient, works measured living body information into that expressed by a chart, a character and the like, transmits measured living body information, worked living body information and individual information of the patient and writes measured living body information and processed living body information into the IC card. The sever receives individual information of the patient, measured living body information and worked living body information and records them by the individual patients and urges the patient who does not transmit information as a decided schedule to transmit them.
