<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point system for surely transmitting point information to a center device by a simple operation when transmitting the point information to the center device from a communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A point issuer 1 generates the enciphered point information, and writes the point information in an information transmitter 2. When connecting the information transmitter 2 to a portable communication terminal 3, the information transmitter 2 receives information such as a machine model of the portable communication terminal 3, and generates operation data on the basis of received information, and transmits the operation data to the portable communication terminal 3. The portable communication terminal 3 performs an operation procedure corresponding to the received operation data, and starts communication by making access to the center device 4. The portable communication terminal 3 transmits the point information to the center device 4. The center device 4 decodes the point number from the received point information, and adds the point number to the stored integral point number, and transmits the integral point number to the portable communication terminal 3.
