<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is required to visit a shop for performance and operability confirmation before purchasing a PC and functions which can be experienced and time are limited and the problem that installing / uninstalling operations are required and the functions are limited in the confirmation of a sample version before purchasing S/W (software) as well conventionally. <P>SOLUTION: A user PC 6 is provided with a browser or a mailer and an RDT means (terminal) 62 and a service company 5 is provided with a Web server 1 and a service providing device 2. A Web server 1 is provided with a user request registration processing means 11 for acquiring the requests regarding a service and individual information of a user, storing information for setting a virtual PC equivalent to a requested PC machine kind in the service providing device 2 and returning an access ID and a password to the user PC 6, and a charge settlement / sales processing means 12 for charging a utilization charge after the service and selling a product.
