<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily creating a backup when distributing and collecting questionnaires using the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a questionnaire-equipped mail creating means for creating questionnaire-equipped mails using mail addresses of respondents and question content data and for sending the mails to terminal devices related to respondents; an answer receiving means for receiving questionnaire answer data sent back from the terminal devices; an answer database for accumulating the answer data received by the receiving means; and an encrypting means for encrypting the answer data accumulated in the answer database and sending the encryption to a backup system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
