<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling tube guide device which enables an indwelling tube to indwell at a constriction part immediately after a guide wire or a sheath is guided to the constriction part. <P>SOLUTION: This indwelling tube guide device is equipped with a stent 70, a sheath 20 which can be inserted into the stent 70 from the tip end part and has a pusher tube 60 to regulate the stent to move to the proximal side, and a knife part which is placed along the axis direction of the sheath 20 on a part of the outer circumference part around the tip end part of the sheath 20. The base end part of the stent 70 is guided by the pusher tube 60 to a part to the tip end side than a regulated position on the sheath 20 to guide the sheath 20 to the constriction part to place the stent 70 on a target position. In this condition, the sheath 20 is pulled out from the tip end as the knife part 40 is pushed against the outer circumference part of the sheath 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
