<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive toner capable of easily forming a conductive circuit on a sheet without depending on conductive paste or etching and suitably forming the conductive circuit of optional size in desired shape by an on-demand system, and the sheet having the conductive circuit using the toner. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive circuit 2 using the conductive toner is formed at the specified part of the sheet 1, and an IC chip 3 is attached to be connected to the circuit 2. The conductive toner is used in an electrophotographic system, which is principally composed of pigment and/or dyestuff being an image developing component and binder resin component, and is constituted by incorporating resin consisting of conductive high polymer in the binder resin component.
