<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film for transfer capable of transferring an antireflection layer with superb solvent resistance and uniform thickness having an outstanding antireflection effect on a light within a visible light range to the surface of a less flexible object such as a plate, and an antireflection-treated object. <P>SOLUTION: This antireflection film for transfer has an antireflection layer 2 including a low refractive index layer 2a formed on a support 1 and a high refractive index layer 2b with a higher refractive index than the refractive index of the low refractive index layer 2a, formed on the low refractive index layer 2a, on the support 1. An adhesive layer 3 is formed on the antireflection layer 2 and the high refractive index layer 2b contains a metallic oxide fine particle, a photopolymerization initiator and/or a photosensitizer. An adhesive constituting the adhesive layer 3 is an active energy radiation-curable adhesive and a part of the adhesive is incorporated in the high refractive index layer 2b.
