<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium which can yield images having a high level of density and a good color tone, has good ink absorption, has good glossiness, and can suppress dye migration after printing and image fading and discoloration after images in long-term storage. <P>SOLUTION: This recording medium includes a substrate and at least one ink-receptive layer provided on at least one side of the substrate. The ink-receptive layer contains at least one binder resin, selected from water-soluble resins and water-dispersible resins, an inorganic pigment, a compound represented by general formula (1), an alkylamine/epihalohydrin copolymer, and a boron compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
