<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having luminance and precision suitable for various locations where the device is to be used. <P>SOLUTION: The display device is provided with: a display panel having a liquid crystal 16 and reflection pixel electrodes 24; and a plurality of light sources 40 for the display panel irradiation having mutually different emission wavelengths.
