PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and a manufacturing method for the same having flexibility unattainable in a conventional known heat exchanger, easy to manufacture, and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The flexible heat exchanger is provided wherein more than two thermally fusible films are partially thermally fused, and a passage of gas or liquid is formed in the film with at least a part of the passage formed of a non fused part. The flexible heat exchanger is provided wherein more than two thermally fusible films are overlapped and partially thermally fused, and the passage of the gas or liquid formed of the non-fused part is formed in the film.
