PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform divided display of small pictures even when a utilization mode is changed. SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 11 transmits the utilization mode such as the number or locations of video cameras 2, lens distortion and display positions of SD images to a coordinate transformation table generating apparatus 13 via a network 21, and acquires a coordinate transformation table Ta generated by the coordinate transformation table generating apparatus 13 in accordance with the utilization mode transmitted via the network 21. The image processing apparatus 11 utilizes the acquired coordinate transformation table Ta to generate an image wherein N pieces of SD images out of SD images supplied from video cameras 2-1 to 2-N are displayed on a display 12A of a display device 12 while being divided in a desired form.
