PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive steering wheel capable of preventing a connection part of a heater from rising on a surface of the steering wheel and using a core body of the steering wheel in common in both cases where a facial heat generation body is provided and it is not provided. SOLUTION: A linear heater 15 of the facial heat generation body 13 and the connection part 20 of a feeding wire 19 are provided in a boss part 11b of the steering wheel 11 to prevent the connection part 20 from rising on the surface of the steering wheel 11, prevent a driver from having uncomfortable feeling when the driver performs steering operation, and provide the steering wheel 11 having beautiful appearance. It is unnecessary to change a shape of the core body 12 of the steering wheel 11 depending on the case where the facial heat generation body 13 is provided and the case where it is not provided to use it in common in order to provide the inexpensive steering wheel 11.
