PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp with mirror capable of obtaining luminous light with high uniformity in light quantity distribution. SOLUTION: The light not incident in a main reflection mirror 20 is reflected in the same direction as that of the main reflection mirror by a center reflector 40 located on the axis line extending from the central point 25 of the main reflection mirror 20 toward a light emitting point 15 of a light emitting tube 10, having a diameter nearly the same as that of the projecting face of the light emitting tube 10 viewed from the direction of the axis extending from the central point 25 of the main reflection mirror 20 toward a light emitting point 15, after reflected by a ring reflector 30 having an inner diameter "a" slightly larger than the outer diameter "b" of the main reflection mirror 20.
