PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extensively reduce a moving amount of a focus of an X-ray tube device, and to improve a mechanical strength of a rotary anode. SOLUTION: A rotor 44 of a rotary anode 41 of the X-ray tube device is composed of a target support axis 46 which supports a target 6 and made of a metal material such as molybdenum with a high mechanical strength and a low thermal expansion rate, of a thermal insulation cap 48 which is supported by a rotary axis 26 and made of a metal material such as a stainless steel with a high mechanical strength and a high thermal expansion rate and of a copper cylindrical part 23, a joint part of the support axis 46 and insulation cap 48 have projection parts (annular ring teeth parts) 47, 49 shaped like annular rings with two layers, respectively, the teeth parts 47, 49 are engaged as meshing with mutually to be brazed. Therefore, the strength and stiffness of the rotor are improved and a thermal extension amount of the rotor is extensively reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
