PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid operated diaphragm pump, smaller, lower in profile and easily mountable on small equipment. SOLUTION: A diaphragm chamber 26 is provided between the diaphragm 20 and a frame body 22 by mounting the diaphragm 20 on the frame body 22. A suction valve 27 and a delivery valve 39 are provided in communication with the diaphragm chamber 26. A permanent magnet 30 is mounted on the outer face of the diaphragm 20. A means 40 for generating electromagnetic force on the permanent magnet 30 is provided on the outer face of the frame body 22 opposed to the permanent magnet 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
