PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promotional sheet of high appeal effect capable of presenting, visually and impressively in a short time, a state such as the color of a skin changes by some factors, such as the effect of ultraviolet rays on the skin, to a customer. SOLUTION: The following sheets are coupled: a base sheet 2, to which a face display part 1 that shows a front face is provided; a first transparent sheet 3 which is so colored that the color of a part of the skin of the face display part 1 becomes a color as melanin has increased after irradiated with ultraviolet rays, when overlapped on the base sheet 2; and a second transparent sheet 4, which is so colored that the color of that in the face display part 1 becomes a color of pigmentation caused by increased melanin after irradiated with ultraviolet rays when it is overlapped on the base sheet 2 and the first transparent sheet 3.
