PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which undergoes quick volatilization, is well fragrant, can contain a perfume in larger amount than those of conventional aqueous gel-like aromatic agents, and can also contain water or an alcohol in a larger amount than those of conventional oily gel-like aromatic agents, even when a surfactant is not used. SOLUTION: This resin composition is characterized by comprising 2 to 30 mass % of a diacetone acrylamide unit-containing vinylic polymer, 0.01 to 5 mass % of a multifunctional hydrazide compound, 0.1 to 60 mass % of water, 5 to 95 mass % of a water-soluble solvent, and 0.1 to 93 mass % of a perfume except an aldehyde compound.
