PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl compound having excellent heat resistance and electric characteristics. SOLUTION: This vinyl compound prepared by converting the terminals of a difunctional PPE oligomer into vinyl groups has rich reactivity. The cured product of the compound has a high glass transition temperature, a low dielectric constant, and a dielectric loss tangent, succeeds the excellent natures of PPE, and has the characteristics in a good balance.
