PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel epoxy-group-containing urethane (meth)acrylate, its production method, and a cured product excellent in wet heat resistance; i.e. a photocurable and/or thermosetting resin composition for forming an adhesive layer and a coating layer. SOLUTION: The epoxy-group-containing urethane (meth)acrylate is produced by reacting a polyisocyanate compound, a hydroxy-group-containing (meth)acrylate, a hydroxy-group-containing epoxy compound having an epoxy equivalent lower than 170, and if necessary a polymer diol. A method for producing the urethane (meth)acrylate, a resin composition containing the urethane (meth)acrylate, and a cured product prepared by curing the resin composition are also provided.
