PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body structure of a vehicle side part capable of utilizing a space in a junction plate part as an opening for vehicle accessory or a storage box efficiently. SOLUTION: This vehicle body structure of the vehicle side part is constituted in such a way that a front window opening part 7 composed of a continuous single opening formed in a vehicle body is covered with a front window member 8, a longitudinal side part 9 in a side part of the front window opening part 7 is arranged by passing around and behind a side part of the vehicle of a hinge pillar 36 supporting a front part of a side door, and the longitudinal side part 9 is supported by a front pillar 47 arranged substantially vertically. An offset part between the front pillar 47 and the hinge pillar 36 is connected by a junction plate 54, which is provided with an opening 70 for storage to cover the opening 70 for storage with the side door so as to open and close it.
