PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to cause variations in the thickness of the application of a printing material and variations in the shape of a printed figure in a direction orthogonal to a squeegee traveling direction, by making it difficult to cause variations in tension of a screen in the above direction. SOLUTION: A screen printing plate 1 comprises a rectangular frame-shaped frame body 2 and the screen 3 which sticks on the under surface of the frame body 2. The screen 3 sticks on the under surfaces of paired sides 2c and 2d of the frame body 2, which are elongated in the direction orthogonal to the squeegee traveling direction X, without being stuck on the under surfaces of paired sides 2a and 2b of the frame body 2, which are elongated in parallel with the direction X.
