SOLUTION: An optical safety device is set in front of an operation box 30B and a foot pedal 30B fitted freely movably to a longitudinal direction, and, when the light L of the optical safety device is shielded in the process of the movement of the operation box 30B and the foot pedal 27, the operation box 30B and the foot pedal 27 in the process of the movement are suddenly stopped.
