The invention relates to a tibia component which is provided with an anchoring section for placement in the bone and a carrier plate for a sliding plate which is made of polyethylene. The tibia component co-operates with a femur component which is provided with curved articulation surfaces which are arranged on the sliding plate. The sliding plate (1) comprises a projection (2) which extends inside the anchoring section (5) of the tibia plateau part (4) and is distally connected in a positive fit and in a rotationally fixed manner to the anchoring section (5) from said tibia plateau part (4). |
