PURPOSE: A VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) phone call device having a settlement terminal function using a wireless interface is provided to connect a telephone having an electronic settlement system to the Internet, perform a VoIP phone function, and perform settlement in on-line by a wireless interface device. CONSTITUTION: A telephone interface device(110) converts a voice signal into an electric signal, and converts a received electric signal into an analog voice signal. A VoIP interface device(120) converts the voice signal generated in the telephone interface device(110) into a digital signal. A card recognizing device(700) recognizes an inserted electronic cash or electronic credit card, and exchanges smart card information. A card wireless interface device(160) processes signals to execute a data communication with the card recognizing device(700) by a certain wireless communication scheme. A memory device(130) stores a control program. A control device(140) receives the control program stored in the memory device(130), controls the voice signal and the digital signal transmitted from the telephone interface device(110) and the VoIP interface device(120), and controls smart card information transmitted and received through the card wireless interface device(160). A network wireless interface device(180) interfaces the digital signal and smart card information with a data communication equipment by the certain wireless communication scheme.
