MOLD STRUCTURE HAVING GUIDE TUBE FOR DISCHARGING SURPLUS MATERIALS IN AIRTIGHT MOLD

PURPOSE: A mold structure having a guide tube for discharging surplus materials is provided to keep the quality of a rubber product uniform by controlling the variation of pressure according to a forming process. CONSTITUTION: In an airtight mold including an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(10') coupled to the upper mold by a hinge(30), guide tubes(14) are fit into the upper mold. The guide tubes are communicated with a cavity(12) formed in the mold, and discharges surplus materials. A fixed plate(22) is coupled to the top of the guide tube. A pressing pin(20) is installed below the fixed plate, and is elastically supported by a spring(18).
