<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder resin for a ceramic, which has a low thermal decomposition temperature and is capable of imparting appropriate strength and flexibility to a green tape, and which is excellent in laminating property and adhesiveness, in relation to a low-temperature fired glass ceramic substrate, a photosensitive glass paste and a binder resin for a photodecomposition catalyst ceramic. <P>SOLUTION: In the binder resin for the ceramic fired at a low temperature, an alkyl ester of methacrylic acid is used as a polymerizable raw material in an amount of ≥90wt.%. The binder resin has a weight average molecular weight of ≥200,000 and the methacrylic resin has a glass transition temperature of -20 to 60°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
