<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To probably diagnose bladder cancer from the urine of a patient with high probability, and to perform inspection and judgment of the degree of attainment with a result nearly coinciding with the conventional pathological and clinical diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for examining and judging the degree of attainment and modified cross section degree of the bladder cancer, specimen urine sampled from the patient is subjected to a two-dimensional electrophoresis to be separated based on an isoelectric point (pI) and molecular weight (MW), and an electrophoresis pattern and spot strength in a group A (pI: approximately 5.28-5.38, MW: approximately 70kDa), a group B (pI: approximately 4.30-5.38, MW: approximately 70-100kDa), a group C (pI: approximately 4.50-6.20, MW: approximately 230kDa), a group D (pI: approximately 5.20-5.35, MW: approximately 150kDa), and a group E (pI: approximately 6.25-6.50, MW: approximately 60kDa) are measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
