<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic booster which prevents center shell receiving difference in pressure from breaking when atmospheric pressure is introduced into each pressure change chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A flange part 53 and a stiffener 54 receiving the center shell 5 receiving difference in pressure in the axial direction are provided in a sleeve 52 in which a mounting member 31 provided by passing through the center shell 5 of the pneumatic booster 1 is inserted. Consequently, an area of a face on which the center shell is abutted is increased and stress applied to the center shell 5 is dispersed to prevent the center shell 5 from breaking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
