<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a resistance test using the resistance to Globodera rostochinensis Wollenweber using a DNA marker, test the resistance thereto on the DNA level in a short time and confirm a PCR (polymerase chain reaction). <P>SOLUTION: The objective DNA of a potato is amplified according to the PCR using a synthetic primer of 20 bases of 5'-CAACTCGACATCAAAGCAGT-3', a synthetic primer of 35 bases of 5'-CGTTCTTATTATTAAGTGGAAACATGAATCGAAAT-3' and a synthetic primer of 16 bases of 5'-TCGACGGCAAATGGGG-3'.
