METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MEDIATING IMAGE PROCESSING RESOURCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to a plurality of image conversion requests in a service for converting a Web page to images for 3D display without increasing the number of installed image conversion apparatus.

SOLUTION: An image conversion function is also given to a terminal 10 which uses the service. A resources management device 40 requests the terminals 10 other than the terminals which have submitted a request for the image conversion when there is a number of image conversion requests. The number of requests for image conversion to and from each terminal are counted, and service use charge is set off by the counter value for the image conversion.
