<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting type road marker device equipped with a solar battery that can secure the sufficient amount of generated power while being easily handled without considering much of the position of sunshine and an installation angle. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery used as a power source of an emitter is integrated with an arrow blade to simplify wiring and structure and to facilitate handling. A double-sided light receiving type light receiving cell is used for the solar battery and disposed at a plane part of the arrow blade. A sufficient power generating area can thereby be secured, and sunlight can be taken in from both sides, so that the sufficient amount of generated power can be acquired without particularly considering an installation place and direction. Further, the scattered light of a snow surface or the like can also be used for power generation.
