<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a flat wiring material to a flexible printed wiring material having a simple structure, capable of reducing the cost of the wiring material, and of improving installation workability of the wiring material by reducing a space for installing the wiring material in an automobile or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This connection structure is provided with conductor exposing parts 12 of the flat wiring material 10 composed by covering flat conductors 10a with insulating cover members 10b; conductor exposing parts 16 of the flexible printed wiring material 14 composed by arranging flat circuit conductors 14a so as to form predetermined circuits and by covering them with insulating cover members 14b; and bent tab insertion press-contact parts 18 for connecting both the exposing parts 12 and 16. Each press-contact part 18 is composed of: a bent tab 20 formed by bending the exposing part 16; and a bent tab insertion hole 22 formed by cutting and raising a pair of tongue pieces 24, 24 in a truncated chevron shape from the exposing part 12 for pressing the inserted tab 20 by the tongue pieces 24, 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
